The main living area includes a Jotul wood-burning stove, in addition to the main house heating. With modern double-glazing and excellent insulation, in the recent heatwaves it was routinely 10 degrees cooler than outdoors - which also makes it cosy in winter. Heating and hot water come from the main house, where the landlords live, with heating running mornings and evenings.
You have a traditional stable-style front door, overlooking the 100m² garden.
