Our packages

We charge only a low upfront fixed fee to cover the marketing of your property. We don't charge commission when it lets. The table below compares our packages. Items in the table that are marked with a green tick are included in the package price, items marked with a red cross are not available in that package, and items marked with a price are an optional paid extra. All our prices include VAT.

* The Premium service is not available for commercial properties (shops, warehouses, factories etc) or rooms to rent.

** The price is for residential properties in England & Wales. All commercial properties, and residential properties in Scotland, are priced individually.

Adverts for commercial properties and rooms for rent require monthly renewal.
